Meet Dr. Celestin
Certified Family Physician
Dr. Marie Florence Celestin is a skilled board-certified Family Physician n Deer Park, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She spent extensive time participating in research. She graduated from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C. She completed her residency training in family medicine at St. Joseph Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. She is affiliated to Mercy Medical Centre and St. Catherine Hospital. She maintains active membership at the American Academy of Family Physician (AAFP).

Dr. Celestin has been providing excellent care as an attending family physician for more than 15 years across Long Island. She has delivered care in our community in different settings as a home visiting physician, but also as practitioner in an outpatient clinic. She assumed the leadership position of medical director at one of our reputable facility here in Long Island. Therefore, she deeply understands the woes of our community. Dr. Celestin is passionate about community outreach projects that improve outcomes for our patient population.

Dr. Celestin founded Celestin Medical Care in 2020 with the goal to reduce health disparity in minority community. She speaks four languages: English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole. She is innovative and dedicated to medicine and is at the forefront of healthcare changes that is desperately needed. Dr. Celestin medical practice spans the entire spectrum of family medicine. She continues to devote time and effort at improving her practice. As the Medical Director of Celestin Medical Care, she is committed to providing comprehensive care to each and every patient.
